The 2010 ACCT Leadership Congress will take place in the Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel. ACCT has reserved a special rate for ACCT Congress participants staying at the Sheraton Centre, as well as the Hilton Toronto, located just a few minutes away. All guests staying in the Sheraton will receive complimentary in-room high-speed Internet access, and all Congress participants are eligible for discounted valet parking at the Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel. Both hotels are in the centre of the business and entertainment district, are CAA/AAA hotels, and are connected to the PATH, a 16 mile underground network of shops and services and just steps from the Eaton Centre Shopping mall, the Four Seasons Centre of Performing Arts, the CN Tower and many other local attractions.

The 2010 ACCT Annual Leadership Congress will take place at the Sheraton Centre Toronto. Approximately 25 minutes from Toronto Pearson International Airport by taxi, the Sheraton Centre is centrally located and is connected to PATH, a 16-mile underground shopping complex. Deadline for making hotel reservations is Friday, September 20, 2010.
All hotel reservation requests must be made through ACCT housing and accompanied by your Congress Registration. Reservations are made on a first come, first served basis until September 20th or until rooms are not available. Only fully completed forms accompanied will be accepted at the ACCT Registration and Housing. ACCT will make every effort to accommodate your first choice, however if your first choice in no longer available, then you will be placed in the next available option. Book early as hotel inventory cannot be guaranteed.

Changes/Cancellations
All Reservation cancellations must be received by the 2010 ACCT Annual Leadership Congress Housing Bureau by September 27, 2010. If you need to cancel after September 27, 2010, you must do so directly with the hotel. The hotel’s cancellation policy is deposits will be refunded if notice is received at least three working days prior to arrival.
Acknowledgments
ACCT Registration and Housing will send acknowledgment of your reservation within 10 to 14 days of receipt. Please review all information for accuracy. If you do not receive your acknowledgment please contact the ACCT Registration and Housing by phone at (301) 694-5234 or by email at acct@experient-inc.com. You will not receive a confirmation from the hotel.
