Partnerships & Sponsorships

ACCT represents the governing boards of nearly all the nation’s community and technical colleges, as well as institutions in many U.S. territories and Canada.  Over 7,000 individual trustees representing nearly 12 million students each year receive ACCT publications and participate in live and virtual events.  

We welcome strategic partnerships with and sponsorships from organizations and companies that share our interest in community colleges and student success.  We offer numerous avenues for you and your organization to build awareness among our member trustees and presidents.  

Ways to Get Involved

ACCT hosts two annual conferences that cover a wide range of community college advocacy-, governance- and student success-related topics and which draw a diverse conference of elected and appointed thought leaders, college presidents and other executive-level staff, and students from all professional levels and backgrounds.  Below is a sampling of opportunities. 
 

Student Success Partnerships

Event Sponsorships

ACCT Leadership Congress—The only annual gathering of trustees, presidents, and other policy and thought leaders that attracts attendees from throughout United States and as far as American Samoa and Micronesia.  Over 100 educational sessions and provocative keynote speakers attract over 2,000 attendees each year.  A variety of sponsorships are available at many levels.
 
Community College National Legislative Summit—Hosted by ACCT in cooperation with the American Association of Community Colleges, the Community College National Legislative Summit draws trustees, presidents, and students to Washington, D.C. each February to advocate on Capitol Hill and hear from acclaimed media personalities such as Chuck Todd and David Gregory, and federal officials from the White House, Departments of Education and Labor, members of the U.S. Senate and House, and more.
 

Advertising

Our award-winning magazine Trustee Quarterly and membership newsletter Advisor are distributed to over 7,000 influential community college leaders, federal officials and legislators.  We consider advertisements for services and products that contribute to community college operations and student advancement.  We also consider advertisements in the ACCT Leadership Congress and Community College National Legislative Summit programs and mobile applications.
 

Corporate Council

The ACCT Corporate Council is a select group of companies and organizations that have vested interests in the community college sector, and who share the association’s interest in facilitating improved outcomes for students.  The Corporate Council meets twice a year, in conjunction with ACCT’s two national events.  Read more about Corporate Council benefits and participation.
