Mr. Kelley is the Managing Partner of Kelley, Kelley & Kelley, a Schaumburg, Illinois area law firm. Prior to joining Kelley, Kelley & Kelley, he accepted a clerkship with the Louisiana Supreme Court from 1981 to 1982. Bill is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, American Trial Lawyers Association, Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, Federal Trial Bar, Northwest Suburban Bar Association, and Northwest Suburban Estate Planning Council. Bill currently serves as the President of the NWSBA.
At Harper College William F. Kelley served as Vice Chair and Secretary and Chair of the Facilities and Finance Committees. Bill currently serves as President of the ICCTA. In regards to the ICCTA, Bill previously served as Chair of the Government Relations & Public Policy Committee, Nominating Committee and as Treasurer. In regards to the ACCT, Bill has served on the Public Policy Committee, Finance and Audit Committee and has served on numerous panels and led break out sessions as a member of several ACCT Congresses.
Mr. Kelley attended Harper College in 1973 upon graduation from St. Viator High School and went on to earn a BA cum laude in Political Science from Loyola University Chicago in 1977. Mr. Kelley completed his Juris Doctor cum laude from Loyola University School of Law in 1980, where he graduated in the top 2% of his class and served as an editor of the Loyola Law Journal. He also received the American Jurisprudence Award in1980.
