Voting Delegate Registration

It's that time of year! It's almost time to elect your 2021 Board of Directors, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee, and Nominating Committee Members. The election is being held just prior to the virtual 2020 ACCT Leadership Congress from September 30 - October 1.

In order to be eligible to vote, all of the following requirements must be met:

1. Your college's membership dues must be paid by September 28, 2020.

2. You must register as a voting delegate by September 28, 2020 to ensure sufficient time before the elections to receive your voting credentials.

3. Your college must choose your voting delegate(s) internally prior to registration for the Regional Caucuses and the Senate meeting. ACCT does not weigh in on voting delegate selection.

Voting Delegates
Your board must choose their voting delegate(s) internally prior to registration. Eligible voting delegates are members of the college board (trustees, regents, etc.). Ineligible individuals are Chancellor/President, Professional Board Staff, and "trustee emeritus." Number of delegates is dependent on enrollment:
*Fall 2019 full and part-time for credit
Please use the email address of the voting delegate. We need to be able to communicate directly with the voting delegate. Please make sure you whitelist and to prevent important announcements going to junk.
Your college's membership dues must be paid prior to 9/28/2020 in order to participate in elections.
Regional Caucuses
Trustees from their respective region must register for their corresponding caucus in order to vote for Board Regional Directors, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee, and Nominating Committee members:
Senate Meeting
The Senate Meeting is held to elect Board Directors-at-Large. will be held October 1, 2020 from 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm. All voting delegates registered for their respective regional caucuses will automatically be registered for the Senate Meeting.
